Wonderful shot of a young male Platycryptus Undatus.
I found one last week, but it's eye band was more brown.
I think this one is probably a molt or so older.

I don't think it's P. undatus. Here's a dorsal shot to see if that helps with the ID. [link] Keep in mind that I don't live in North America ;)
